Is it wrong to date someone who has your goals of a serious relationship? No. Is it wrong to do it without telling the other guy (or both) yes. At that point he will either shape up and fight for it, or he wont. But don't waste your time, he already pretty much made it clear he wants nothing serious, and you do.
